Once the service officially resumes, the cable car will climb to approximately 800 meters above sea level. At the summit, explore the Loma Isabel de Torres Natural Monument, a protected area of approximately 15 square kilometers known for tropical vegetation, humid mountain forest and changing cloud cover.
Walk through the botanical gardens, visit the Christ the Redeemer statue and enjoy panoramic views over Puerto Plata, the Atlantic coast and, when visibility permits, Montellano and Sosua. After free time for photographs and sightseeing, descend by cable car and return to your confirmed drop-off point.
This is an easy scenic experience designed for couples, families and travelers who want nature, culture and some of the best viewpoints in Puerto Plata.
