Quotation and confirmation
A request is not confirmed until accepted
Availability, route, vehicle class, inclusions, price and payment instructions are established in the written confirmation. Quotes may change before confirmation if details or availability change.
Accurate details
The customer must provide correct dates, local times, locations, passengers, baggage and travel references.
Private service
Tours are private for the confirmed group unless a written offer states otherwise.
Representative vehicles
Images represent the offered vehicle classes; assignment depends on operations and required capacity.
Safe operation
Be ready at the confirmed time and location
Travelers must follow safety instructions, supervise minors and disclose mobility needs, child seats or oversized equipment before confirmation.
- Carry required identification and travel documents.
- Use seat belts where provided.
- Do not bring prohibited or undeclared hazardous items.
- Respect drivers, guides, vehicles and attractions.
- Report itinerary changes promptly.
Operational conditions
Routes and timing can be affected by real-world conditions
Traffic, weather, closures, port procedures, airline changes and safety requirements may require reasonable itinerary adjustments. Refunds and cancellations follow the published Cancellation Policy.
Third-party attractions and suppliers remain responsible for the portions of service they directly operate, subject to applicable law.
